In our daily lives, we are users of more than one building: starting with the places where we live and where we work, but we are also users of other buildings, such as those that provide services (education, healthcare, cultural services, etc.) In each of them, energy is consumed to meet our needs for heating, cooling, hot water, ventilation, lighting, cooking, washing, food preservation, office automation, etc. In Spain, the sum of this consumption represents 20% of the final energy consumption, and the trend is for this percentage to increase.
