General terms and conditions of use of the www.idae.es website
This legal notice sets out the general terms and conditions of access and use of the IDAE's website (http://www.idae.es), hereinafter, the "website", which is owned by the Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía (IDAE). The IDAE is a state-owned business entity reporting to the General Secretariat for Energy at the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, with registered offices at c/ Madera nº 8, 28004 Madrid, tax ID number Q-2820009-E, and operating according to the legal framework defined in the following legislation:

Use of the website implies the express acceptance of these general terms and conditions in full, in accordance with the version published at the moment the user accesses them, without prejudice to the special conditions that may be applicable to some of the specific services of the website.
Intellectual and industrial property rights in the website content.
All the elements comprising the website, including its structure, design, source code, are the property of the IDAE and are protected by industrial and intellectual property legislation.
Neither the website nor any of its elements may be reproduced, modified, distributed or published without the prior written consent of the IDAE.
