Order ITC/885/2009, 2 April 2009, regulating the transfers of funds, charged against the electricity tariff and the toll for third-party access to gas facilities, from the specific account of the Comisión Nacional de Energía (National Energy Commission) to the Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía (IDAE) in 2009. These funds are intended to enable implementation of the measures in the 2008-2012 Action Plan under the 2004-2012 Energy saving and efficiency strategy (E4) in accordance with the criteria for the execution of the measures envisaged in the Plan.  Order ITC/885/2009, 2 April 2009.
